So, today, I got up with the intention of feeding my brain. Following on from one of my most popular posts of all time, this little smoothie is packed with FAT. Good fat, great fat, AMAZING FAT!!!! My brain is loving this right now. Click photo to view recipe I made this at World Vegan Day, Melbourne 2012, and to my surprise it was a huge hit! So easy, delicious, and healthy- great for kids and a beautiful little gift for friends and family at Christmas. I added 2 tbsp of this jam to my gluten free pancake recipe (omit plain chia seeds) and it was brilliant! Use on toast, cake, fruit salads, raw ice cream- anything! Use any berries you have on hand, feel free to experiment! The jam will last in the fridge for 2 weeks in a sterilised jar. Store excess jam in the freezer in zip lock bags.
