How amazing does this soup look? It is actually so delicious; courtesy of my new favorite kitchen item!!! The Le Creuset Bean Pot fromkitchenwaredirect.com.au is truly special. I have slow cooked two soups, a curry, and a chilli since I received it last week. Everything has tasted delicious. You need a simmer mat/heat diffuser to cook on a gas stove top; as it is stone it cannot be exposed to naked flame. Click photo to view recipe. Add Comment I posted a photo of this soup a few nights ago, and I have been asked at least 100 times for the recipe! It is my dear mum's soup- Shirley- who we affectionately call Mutti (German for 'Mother'). She takes care of me when I'm tired, overworked and can't be bothered cooking for myself. Whenever I visit her, she always has something delicious waiting for me. Thanks mum xx Click photo to view recipe This recipe came out on a cold afternoon- when all I had was some carrots, broccoli and ginger. I needed something warm, and this was ready in just under 15 minutes! Click photo to view recipe Are you a sipper or a slurper? I'm loving my glass straw at the moment- and it's the perfect way to slurp up this delicious smoothie! http://www.glassstraws.com.au/ Click photo to view recipe Don't be fooled by this super simple salad....it's the freshness of the ingredients and the dressing that take it COMPLETELY to the next level! So, today, I got up with the intention of feeding my brain. Following on from one of my most popular posts of all time, this little smoothie is packed with FAT. Good fat, great fat, AMAZING FAT!!!! My brain is loving this right now. Click photo to view recipe An easy, light, mid-week meal! Great to get the vegetables in the little ones! Click photo to view recipe |
