There is no greater pleasure than eating fresh vegetables from your garden! Not only do you know exactly where they have come from, what has been sprayed on them and how fresh they are- but they taste 1000 times better!! Microgreens are my new love- they are sprouted seeds that have been planted and harvested when they are about an inch high, to gain maximum nutrition.
