When I started on my plant based journey I wasn't a great cook.
I had a repertoire of six or seven meals I could make with my eyes closed- and that was it. They were my fall-back meals.
I would stand in front of the fridge or pantry for an inordinate amount of time, until my fridge started beeping at me.
Then I would start cooking the same thing as I always did, with my mind not even registering what I was doing.
I got bored. I was scared that I would start slipping back into old habits.
It was easier to go out to restaurants or get take away; but when I did, I felt sluggish, unhealthy and would be up late at night with terrible indigestion.
Let's face it, you don't actually know what you are eating unless you make it yourself!
So I decided to snap out of it.
"NO MORE!" screamed my over-abused stomach, my slow moving digestion and my overloaded bowel.
"WE WANT NEW TASTES!" chanted my tastebuds, craving international variety and hearty, healthy eats.
"Oh....soup again?" sighed the husband, bored to death of the same meals day in day out.
I wanted to impress my husband, invite my friends over and show them that plant based food was fun AND delicious- but most of all I wanted to impress myself.
I wanted to prove to myself that I COULD cook. That the food I made was better and tastier, healthier and cheaper than anything a restaurant would dish up.
So the e-book was born.
Born for a desire to share delicious food, made to fill you up and impress, easily made and easily eaten.

Now click on your Ipad in the devices list and select Books along the top menu bar.
Make sure Sync all books is selected or if 'selected books' is selected then make sure the Vegie Head E book has a tick next to it.

E-books are a wonderful medium for everyone to have access to! E-books are bought on-line and then downloaded or viewed directly on your computer. The beauty of e-books, is that there is no paper involved (so we are doing our bit to help the environment), and they are accessible to everyone all over the world; from Australia to Africa, Germany to Japan. Adele's far reaching audience are all waiting patiently for the first e-book to be completed, and she is currently halfway through her second.
