Where do I begin?
You have been (and still are) such an inspiration to me in my vegan transition. It has been almost two years since I 'saw the light' and became a vegan. I was traumatised, to say the least, after watching Earthlings and everyone on FB posting horrible images about animal cruelty. But then I stumbled upon your page and I knew that it is not all black.
You are spreading healthy, vegan love with beautiful pictures of food, motivational quotes, Charlie and yourself.
I have since started to follow your recipes and also started to create my own and take (I think) nice pictures.
Now my family and friends look at my page for healthier recipes and pretty pictures, and they aren't bombarded by horrible pictures.
So thank you Adele, for inspiring me toward a healthier self and in turn, inspiring my family and friends.

OMG! 2am here in Vegas, and I just got done making your Creamy Pesto Basil and Pumpkin Lasagna. AMAZING! Pumpkins are not in season now, so I used butter nut squash. The cheezy sauce is....out of this world amazing, and totally guilt free! So many words describe this dish! I can't wait to share it at my next gathering! -Ryan, La Vegas
Hi Adele, just a quick note to thank you for the Lemon Roasted Artichoke recipe. I'm ashamed to say this was the first time I've cooked them myself, even though I've long loved them in any form!! I think for some reason I've been a bit scared of them, that's gone now though, I'll be cooking them regularly hence forth I imagine!! Hi Adele, Just a quick thank you from me. I've been working to cut out meat and dairy all together from my diet lately after quitting sugar a few months ago but was feeling totally uninspired until I stumbled upon Vegihead this morning where I have been pinning recipes like a mad woman! OMG! OMG! Just wanted to thank you for your amazing Pumpkin Lasagne recipe!!! With two vegan kids as well I am always looking for recipes they will like. This one knocked everyone for six! Instantly the family favourite, and with time in the oven we all had the time for a game of cards while we waited, which made for the best family evening. A glass of red, a full belly and I am a happy mama! This is by far the best lasagne I have had in my life, and I am totally over the moon. You rock!!! xxx Rebecca
Okay ... folks, I just tried the double cacao smoothie out for my breakfast :) And oh my god, it tastes really, really good! I can feel only the cacao and yet the smoothie is packed with greens and fruits. Awesome! Truly awesome! Vegie Head, I'm a huge supporter of you as from now onwards ♥
