Tips for a Waste Free Household + how to #gogreen

Where we sit as a society right now, is on top of a large rubbish tip – also known as Planet Earth. We’re trashing our home, making a bed of our waste… and now we must lay in it. I saw my neighbours bin the other day, overflowing with plastic milk cartons, chip packets, polystyrene meat trays, and it bought back the fact that not everyone knows the best way to reduce waste in their home. All opinions and images are mine. Location I stayed right ON ‘Eat Street’, also known as Oberoi or Jalan Laksmana. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and my hotel...

OH THE DREAM! I was emailed this week from lovely Jennifer, who wanted to know which of my recipes were most freezer friendly. ‘Great idea!’ I thought, and decided to pop it here for everyone to benefit from. So join me in this journey through my favourite vegan freezer friendly meals!   Freezer Tips: Always Cool! If you’re cooking something to freeze later, please...
