Double choc brownies

  • YIELD: 12 pieces (6-12 Servings)

  1. Heat oven to 180C, and lightly grease a baking tray
  2. Sift flour, cacao powder, baking powder and salt into a large bowl and combine
  3. Cream the sugar and Nuttlex in a food processor until it is fluffy
  4. Slowly add the water and vanilla paste while blending, until a smooth consistency is reached
  5. Add the wet mix to the dry, and add the choc chips
  6. Fold gently and do not over-stir
  7. Pour into tray and bake for 35-40 mins- test with a skewer, and allow to cool before slicing
