  1. Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl, then make a well and add the wet ingredients
  2. Mix well, then add the chocolate chips, and stir gently
  3. Pour into a non stick baking dish
  4. Bake for 45-50 mins on 180C- use a bamboo stick, insert and if it comes out clean, it is ready
