No bake ‘Nutella’ Slice

  • YIELD: 12 Squares (12 Servings)



  1. Pulse the hazelnuts in a blender or food processor- just until they are crushed
  2. Add the raw cacao powder, sugar, hazelnut extract if using and coconut oil
  3. Blend again, until everything is mixed, and ensure that the mix is wet enough. Add extra coconut oil if you need too; it should be moist and easy to stir
  4. Line a small tray with cling wrap and gently press the mixture in
  5. Pop in the freezer for 15 minutes while you make the ganache
  6. Ganache
  7. Whisk the cacao powder and coconut oil together until smooth
  8. Pour on top of the slice, sprinkle with the coconut sugar and store in the freezer until ready to serve
