Overnight quinoa porridge….

  • YIELD: 2 Servings



  1. Oil your slow cooker with coconut oil
  2. Put all ingredients in, and gently stir
  3. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, depending on your slow cooker
  4. Stir and serve with coconut, cinnamon and extra almond milk
  5. To cook on the stove:
  6. Put all the ingredients in a heavy based pot and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes
  7. Serve with extra almond milk, cinnamon and coconut
