Ingredients
- 1 Tub Vanilla Soy or Co-Yo Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1/4 Scraped out Vanilla Bean Pod
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- In a bowl, muddle the raspberries and vanilla together (best use a wooden muddler or wooden spoon)
- Mix the raspberry and vanilla through the yoghurt
- Top with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds and cacao nibs
- You could also add chopped banana, fresh strawberries, mango and passionfruit! Delicious!
