  1. Add all ingredients to a medium sized pot
  2. Bring to a boil, then drop to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally for about 90 minutes, adding more water as needed
  3. Serve with coconut or almond milk, banana, and a sprinkling of black sesame seeds
