Swiss chard and potato curry

  1. Over a medium heat, saute the onion until translucent
  2. Add the garlic, cumin, garam masala and turmeric and stir well
  3. Stir through the potatoes, water, stock, passata and Swiss chard stems, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes (or until potatoes are soft)
  4. Turn off the heat, toss the chard leaves through the curry, and allow to wilt
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with black pepper
  6. Serve with fresh naan bread or rice
