Tomato, olive and artichoke pasta

  1. Boil a large pot of salty water
  2. In a large, non stick pan, lighty saute the garlic, chilli, tomatoes, olives and artichokes
  3. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, and drain
  4. Toss the pasta through the tomato mix
  5. Drizzle with a tbsn of olive oil, sprinkle with the basil and a good amount of freshly cracked black pepper
