Greek Bean Plaki

  1. In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until soft
  2. Add sauce, beans, potato, carrot and water; bring to a boil
  3. Drop to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Pour into a large baking dish and bake on 180ºC for 15 minutes or until the beans have soaked up all of the liquid
  5. Top with fresh parsley, oregano and hommus and serve with a squeeze of lemon
