Orange and Vanilla Bean Raw Cheesecake

  1. Blend base ingredients together and, using a food ring (coat with coconut oil to grease), gently press down
  2. Blend filling ingredients together until smooth, adding any water as needed and spoon into food ring
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  4. Top with fresh passionfruit and orange zest
