Walnut, Banana and Passionfruit Bread….

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC
  2. Line a non-stick loaf tin with baking paper
  3. In a blender, blend the bananas, passionfruit, almond milk, coconut oil, sugar and vanilla bean paste until smooth
  4. In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and add the crushed walnuts
  5. Pour the wet mixture on top of the dry, and fold gently to combine
  6. Spoon into the loaf tin, sprinkle the whole walnuts on top, and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean
  7. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container
