2 x 330ml Natural Raw C Coconut Water cartons
4 large scoops of coconut sorbet (recipe in Sweet Essentials) or ice cream of choice
1/2 cup smashed blueberries
Instructions
Pour chilled Natural Raw C Coconut Water into two glasses
Float the scoops of coconut sorbet on the top, and smash the blueberries roughly with a spoon
Gently add the blueberries onto the ice cream, ensuring to pour the juice on top as well. Serve immediately

Ingredients
1 cup Chi coconut water
1/2 cup homemade almond milk
1 banana frozen and broken into quarters
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp maca powder optional
1/2 tsp pure vanilla paste/essence
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Top with desiccated coconut and extra cacao nibs

Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tsp raw coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups filtered water
Grated orange zest optional
1 tbsp nut butter (almond/hazelnut) optional

Whisk all ingredients in a small saucepan
Bring to a gentle simmer and whisk again
Pour into mugs and sprinkle with extra cinnamon

Ingredients
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
10 whole cardamom pods
1 tsp ground ginger
10 whole cloves lightly ground
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp dried rose petals optional
1 tsp loose leaf black tea
1 cup Boiling Water
Instructions
Mix chai ingredients together, and using a tea strainer plunge into boiling water, and allow to steep for 5 minutes
(If using a tea bag, so the same thing, but you may need to use 3 or 4 bags)
Allow tea to cool, strain and make sure no spices have escaped into your tea
Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to one week.
